yes
I chained enough to go around head
joined
and sc all the way around
then join with slip stitch chain 1 and repeat sc all the way around

Do this till hats the length you want Happy
Turn wrong side out
sc closed. turn right side out
I did the braide the length i wanted, Pulled through top and tide inside hat with a simple knot
then I added Pom poms on the ends,
The pom poms I used 2 fingers and wrapped it 60 times Happy
tie
Then tie pom poms to end of Braid

Thats all Happy
