Swedish cake recipe help

Mothers day is coming up and I had a brilliant idea for a gift.
My mom was in Sweden in 77' and she had a cake there.Since then she is dreaming of that cake.It was some kind of apple cake with vanilla cream. You had to add a vanilla stick to the milk and then make the cream. She said that it was traditional Swedish cake. But she dosnt know how it was pronounced, she can only remember it was called Apple Coca.Or something similar.
And I taught if I could find this recipe and make the cake for her and write the recipe on some pretty post card or paper It would be the best mothers day gift.Shes always telling me how great that cake tasted,so I know she would love it.
Could anyone help me find the recipe,or maybe know the correct name of this cake?
Happy
