I'm 17, and I love making costumes! I've been sewing for 5 years now. I enjoy making patterns myself because it makes me feel like I'm awesome :D I've made a bunch of costumes for myself and friends, and have a heap more planned :)

I also knit, and I've created a few reversible double-knit patterns that are anime-inspired. I hope to get a big instruction book on knitting socks soon.

I'm in the process of learning to crochet- not easy. I don't get why there's a whole different way you HAVE to hold the yarn (too used to knitting, I guess?)... My work has turned out okay so far, but it looks different than the pictures in the instruction book ^_^"

I eventually want to learn how to make props- swords, daggers, guns, etc.- and armor, but those will have to wait until I finish the pile of sewing I have for the summer.

Hopefully I'll have time to post some of my projects on here... I'm going to be getting a job, though, so I don't know how often I'll update ^_^"
