Mother of two in my thirties who loves crafty things and reading. I'm currently a student but have been a piano teacher for 12 years. I live in Cumbria with my amazingly talented partner Nate, my witty, beautiful and creative daughter Eve and my computer-game-mad, little-maths-genius son Nicky and I enjoy knitting, painting, card making, sewing, cooking, general craft experimenting. Looking forward to starting lots of new projects now that college has finished for the year and to sharing them with fellow crafty types.

oh i really liked it! I just moved into a new house and I've been looking for new things to make the house look crafty, and your project was inspiring!And yes, piano has been my obsession since I was five. It's all I ever do next to knitting. And wow- we have a lot of music in common. Bon Iver and Grizzly Bear are two of my favorites. And I also LOVE Amelie and Me and You and Everyone We Know.
