I am officially retired now. In 2003 I was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson's Disease. It has changed my life in so many ways. It has slowed me down a lot. But that's not always a bad thing. Now I am more aware of things going on around me. I look for beauty in most everything. If we look hard enough the beauty can be found. I am closer to God now than I have ever been. With God all things are possible, with out Him, lets just say, it's a HOT situation. I have been blessed in so many ways and I am very thankful. I have a wonderful family. I miss my work family but leaving was the best decision I ever made. I had to decrease the level of stress in my life. I had to be able to focus on what is best for me. Now I am able to that.
