Artist, Craftswoman and Designer

Eileen, who uses the pseudonym of Eileena, was born in San German, Puerto Rico, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Plastic Arts.
Since 1997 she has been working on the concept functional art, principal motivation to transform everyday objects into exciting art pieces.
Determined to develop her distinctive style professionally.

Her creations include an array of paintings, hand crafted iron furniture, hand painted glassware, semi precious stone jewelry, handbags
hand painted glassware and woodcarving. She has a passion for contrasting colors to create a bold statement in her works and a lasting
impression on her customers and exhibit audiences. Her works are in public and private collections throughout Puerto Rico and United
States.

The intention of her art is to brighten the environment of those who own her creations. Eileen art is an extension of her life: Her followers
all say that they are drawn to her work because of the strong impressions they infuse. Her form of art has been categorized as
expressionist. Eileen also paints contemporary modern abstracts, floral and still life. In all her creations is an exuberant use of extremely
intense and brilliant color.
