I try to live my life as stress-free as possible. I enjoy helping disadvantaged, traumatized, and emotionally damaged children. I try to remain objective.

My husband, Steve, and I moved from Columbus, Ohio to New Bern, NC in 2004. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist and have a private practice devoted to working with children. We love this area of the country, except for the worry of hurricanes, as we live near water. We have easy access to various beaches and love to kayak on the river/marsh in our back yard. This summer I plan to do more kayaking than working, as it seems I missed last summer some how!!! Would love to hear from old friends.
