Magazine cutouts
I'm doing a project for school and i want to make my titles look like i have cut the letters out of a magazine, without actually cutting out the letters. Is there any way i can do this on the computer? Or online?
Any ideas? Please help.
if you go to a font site like dafont.com you can either download fonts to use in editing programmes, or put whatever text you want in the preview box & then make a screencap of it.
search for like ransom fonts, they look like letters cut from a magazine.
you could actually cut out letters to make the title and scan it onto your computer and add it to the top of your page as an "image" .... hope that made sense

Try downloading "Word Artist" from www.fotoview.nl it's free! It has lots of different fonts and effects
If you do the "print screen" of a internet page you like into a program like Paint, then you can crop the letter and save as a picture. Tell me if you are confused. I'll try to help. I'm not very good at explaining computer stuff. lol

dafont is a great place
You might be able to find something you like on interactimage.com
Sometimes you can view the latest issues of magazines on their websites, so you could look at it and take screenshots of the letters maybe? Or you could attempt to find magazine title pages on google and screenshot letters..?
