Opening Project?

Okay, maybe I'm really stupid, but I'm new here, so cut me some slack. I've found a few projects I like, and it'll take me to the area with pics and stuff about the project, but I can't figure out how to download the patterns or instructions. I've looked all over but can't find any way to see said directions. Help! :/

Not all projects on here have tutorials etc. Many use it to just show off their crafts.
Those marked 'how to' will have instructions, and some others will have links to the original project
