Not able to view Projects

So I've been trying for close to 3 hours to view the projects tab and I either get a pop up that asks me to download the page ot it brings up the coding for the page. I don't know if it's happening to anypone else, but it's driving me insane!

It's only when I try to view all projects. When I pick a catagory I can see the how-to's.

I have the same problems. Also when I want to view all the projects it get the download question. But if I choose a project from my favorites it does works.

well i am desperate to upload my version of chubby owl... but when i click the link i just get the standard home page. have tried for about 20 mins but will now sadly give up and go back to making more owls..... help please someone!
