I tend to listen to songs with a tad higher tempo or just a huge driving force about it (point in case: One Day Remains by Alter Bridge). I find that basically anything that gets you "pumped" and wanting to bounce around like a kid works well.

For jogging I like something to fit my steps to... Usually I pick something way to fast and end up nearly getting hear attack in the process, but I guess it works well enough

Yeah I listen to A State of Trance when I workout or the Teddybears.

Anything by Electric Six or Hard-Fi helps, but it's pretty spastic music.
