Who controls your remote?

Tom most certainly does. It's annoying because I've missed the second series of Torchwood and I'm going to have to fight to see Doctor Who by the end of the week. I wouldn't mind so much, but he makes us watch rubbish like Watchdog (which he only watched to get angry at) and Traffic Cops.

My boyfriend too! When we're at MY HOUSE as well as his! But sometimes it's like 'You can't turn over because Doctor Who is on' and he doesn't. It gets annoying when he doesn't ask even if he's just checking teletext or sports channels for scores, yes I was out of the room but I wanted to hear what was on even if I wasn't watching properly or it was an advert. He's not that bad really I get a say and he gets his say, I let him watch football at mine because we get Setanta free he doesn't get it at all and I get to say 'no I don't want to watch Areoplane Disasters Investigates' or whatever it's called and get my way! When he's not here it's me!

I don't like flickers, flicky, flick, flick! Put something on and leave it on lol

Do you know anyone who has weird names for the remote? I do I've heard 'clicker' and 'buttons'.

Is that word play in the title, I like it if it is lol

My mum's ex always made me turn over! He'd come in and I'd have to watch some crap and then Mike comes in and I have to watch more stuff I don't want to watch! Actually I do find a documentry style biography on Angelina Jolie very interesting and it hasn't been on again since I had to turn over! I HATED HIM! for other reasons not just that lol. Me and my boyfriend always try to find a balance and understanding, but it's just one of those small things I find annoying lol like not putting the cap back on the toothpaste or squeezing it from the middle of the tube rather then the bottom of it! I always feel really bad when I moan about these things but it's not anger it's just funny.

Yeah my Tom's always like "Can I check the football scores?"

Luckily we do basically like the same stuff, so I don't mind when he checks the scores, but he makes me feel really stupid and takes the mick out of me for watching Skins. I mean I know it's not high class intelligent viewing but neither is football. In football you don't have to follow a plot, you just see the same things happen over and over again and then all the time there's someone doing a commentary, telling you what's going on.

So I missed the last episode of Skins Sad
Thank god for the invention of 4oD.

He always turns over to the channel I want to watch if he knows I really want to watch something. Even if I don't like something I tend to get into it by the end but if he doesn't like it he'll just moan or come on the computer and change my itunes settings without putting them back LOL I always feel stupid watching cricket theres so many rules and I don't watch it as much as he does so I have to keep asking. And sometimes with films I go into complete girl mode if we're watching a film together and ask dumb questions when if I was watching it on my own i'd just watch it then figure it out. I don't always think too deeply about a film while I'm watching it.
