Do you know cooking Brussels sprouts ?

Help me please!! I dont know how can prepare Brussels sprouts. So I need recipes about may be salads, boiling or other ways of cooking.

As I know Brussels sprouts have great facilities. I am a new hand to Cooking a little bit;)

boil them then sautee in garlic

Cut in half mix with bacon, onions in a high oven for 15 minutes.

Boil until tender.Can cut cross in the bottom.

Ultimate leftovers -cold cook brussels mixed with cold carrots(swede works too and cold roast potatoes (parsnips if you have them).Pan fry hot for Bubble and Squeak.Serve with cold cuts and branston

Roast them with olive oil and salt in the oven at 425 for about 15 mins. They come out yummy and crunchy and even those who are not big fans will be!

Boil them first, then cook them in a pan with olive oil, honey ( yes ladies I said Honey!) and bacon untill they're slightly caramelised.

There is a different recipe. I learnt from my friend.

I boiled them and add olive oil, salt and fresh lemon juice. it was tastyHappyit was ready quickly
