cool basic sewing projects?

Hello all. i'm new to the boards so it's nice to meet you all and I apologize in advance for the long post.
i'm wondering if anyone has some ideas for some basic sewing projects (i'm fairly new to it)

I have a bunch of fabric I picked up in a sale and while I have some stuff in mind I got A LOT of fabric and i'm not sure what to do with it all. first I have a 65 by 65 inch piece of black long pile fur and a few scraps leftover from making my fuzzy leg warmers (which i'm thinking of making a how to for because they turned out really well and making the pattern was very easy)
I also have 2 pieces of blue skull print fabric left over from my curtains one piece is 45 by 52 inches and the other is 45 by 35 inches.

Then I got 10 metres of black cotton with a white cross print.

and also this fairly nice, stretchy fabric in blue (6 metres) and black (16 metres)

I Had a budget of about £50 so the fact that everything was £1 a metre (except the fur which was about £14 for 2 metres) meant I was able to really stock up.
looking forward to hearing some ideas Happy

i apologise. you're going to hate me for this, but if either of you (or anyone else) can help me with this similar problem
1. bag idea, i think i'll try that (just got a sewing machine for my birthday and i know how to use it but i don't know how to sew. i've been teaching my self.) when i get a little better
2. if either of you know how to sew already or have any basic tips for me in any way shape or form that even might be common sense to you, could you tell?
3. because i don't want to come off as so rude, i just finished making a bunch of book covers for my schoolbooks (in rainbow order: one red, one orange, etc.) i had a few problems but hey, they're book covers, something that if you mess up on , no one cares.
