Room Decorating Help!!!!

Okay I've been checking out this site for quite awhile and I have even made stuff...which I will post soon. Now because I find every single one of you ridiculously talented- I need your help. It's kind of a big project, but if you are bored enough one day- any ideas would be great. So I redid my room but it's no where close to done. I have a million ideas, but can't get it together.
My room is like cobalt blue and besides 2 white mirror closets everything else is black wood furniture. I like themes including beach autumn, and vintage. I love butterflies, DIY ideas, little lights and canopies. Here are pictures of my room:

My budget is pretty low- so any DIY/reuse ideas would be great. Rearranging my room can be done too.

Beach-themed goodies and faux butterflies can usually be found in abundance at the dollar store.

As for lights, try to find strung Christmas lights in a color you like and drape them around your room.

There are a lot of ways to just dress up small, simple things that will create a big theme in the end.

Check out dollarstorecrafts.com for really cool and cheap decoration ideas. Maybe also check your local home improvement stores for decor books... You won't have to buy one but you can look through a lot of different books and magazines to come up with a look that suits you.

I love the dollar store crafts website! Curbly.com is another good one, they have a whole mix of small and large projects on there.

With the drapes, maybe you could try what I used to have in my shed? My mother got loads of tulle/netting and tacked it to the roof in each corner and in the middle so it all hang down in swags. The only thing is that it's probably going to get pretty dusty, so you'd have to take it down and clean it off from time to time.

Also, you could get a throw for your bed and coordinate it with your theme. You could always get a plain one and decorate it if you don't feel like sewing one (it also means that it doesn't matter what colour bed linen you have then).

P.S. If you don't mind having plants in your room, I've always thought that things like spider plants, with really long trailing tendrils, look kind of bohemian/vintagey (that might just be me though) :3
