a home isnt a home without my photos of my kids on the wall from when they were born to current. When we moved in here I was still in a wheelchair. I didnt care I put those pictures on my wall, it took me 3 hours to do but after me aggrivating my leg I looked over at my family wall and was just filled with warm and fuzziness of all those memories.!

aawww.. sug... That´s so sweet ^^
For me it´s almost the same.. I have some pictures of My Mom and my Grandma on the wall and also of some other persons like my sister with my niece and my boyfriend etc.

But I feel also very warm with all my kitsch and other stuff around me.
And I love to look on my little crafty place at one side of the livingroom ;) and the huge videogameconsole collection on a storage rack.*yay*

I have a little aquarium too.. with some catfish I´ve brought from brazil 15years ago. ^^
with my favourite catfish called Emma^^ She is the oldest fish there ;)

And I have a huge Hello Kitty collection...and some Tattoo Oldschool paintings on the wall and also some cloud paintings on the wall in the kitchen..
I need a lot of cute stuff around me to cheer me up everytime when life sucks *g*

I really want an aquarium, preferably a tropical one. But I don't want to have another bunch of living things to look after when I can barely look after myself Tongue.

I can't wait til I move out, so I can properly make where I live my own. I want to fill it full of things I've made, like cushions and rugs and pictures and loads of other stuff, to make it properly feel my own Happy

OMG! I thought you took your fish out of the water to take the pic! Tongue I was fixing to be a little upset by that... ;)

I would agree that pictures is what it is for me... but I still don't have any on my walls! to look at my house it doesn't really look like a home :\ maybe at Christmas time with the decorations, but I really don't have much else on my walls or really anywhere the rest of the year! maybe that can be my goal for next year Happy

lol ^^ No... I would never do something like that to my Emma and the other Fish.. I found that picture on Photobucket *g*
It was the only picture which looks only a little bit like my catfish....

It make me a little bit upset too. Happy

Poor fish :/

Well maybe you can draw a nice drawing after Christmas or put some pictures of the wall ;)

I agree photos of loved ones. Living abroad of course they are even more important for me. I have one huge frame and just lots of photos in it. Then I also have my albums close to hand, if I get melancholy.
I can live in pretty basic circumstances, so I don't need much, but I think some nice soft fleece blankets to snuggle up on the couch with and candles Happy

i'm just starting to make my room become more cozy.
because right now i don't feel like it reflects my personality so i'm gonna be hard at work jazzing it up!

i'd love an aquarium, but unfortunately i haven't got the time for cute lil' fishies~ *wants a siamese fighting fish*
