What are your hobbies?
I'm a graphic designer by trade, like many other crafters. I also work in interior design and interior styling. I'm still developing my skill in these areas but I would definitely call them interests because I am a little obsessed. You will quite often find me on pinterest looking up beautiful interiors and I get very excited when my copy of Real Living arrives in the mail every month.
What are your favorite crafts and what's your craft space like?
I'm loving embroidery at the moment. I'm still quite new to the craft but I can't get enough of it and I'm determined to learn more stitches and improve my skills. I'm also really getting into a bit of wood work. A drop saw is now my new favourite toy! :)
What do you craft along to?
At the moment my crafting time is all about Gossip Girl. I'm re-watching it from the start... I don't know why, I just really enjoy the combination of sewing and watching good old Gossip Girl.
What was the first project you ever made?
Not the very first thing I made but the thing that stands out to me the most is that I always loved making quite intricate little things. I would make tiny little school bags for my dolls from paper and inside these school bags they would have a paper lunch box with paper food inside as well as books and a few other things. All just from standard printer paper. Crazy! He he.
What are your favorite items to make?
At the moment I'm loving anything to do with wedding decor. Table numbers, guest books, invitations, the works! :)
