When did you first start knitting / crocheting and where did you learn?
At the age of 8 in my in my third grade class. Taught by my friend. My mother is an expert crocheter but it took a friend to spark my interest.
Can you remember the first thing you made?
I think it was a pot holder of some sort.
Who are your favourite pattern designers and celebrity knitters & crocheters?
My mother. I usually just make up my own patterns. Though I adore all Rowan designers!
What are your favourite things to stitch and do you have a favorite item you've made?
I love making baby items and especially booty patterns. I usually gift everything I make too.
What music/podcasts/TV shows do you love to stitch along to?
I usually put on a favorite movie... I love to be inspired by movie sets and color especially period pieces. Watching the BBC shoe The Three Musketeers and looking at the sets and colors has recently inspired and motivated me to explore new color combinations.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
You name it I do it. Sewing, cross-stitch,embroidery, gardening, beading...I want to start spinning soon too.
