Over time that nail polish is going to eat away your pretty plastic necklace. = My advice for if you want to do this again is to find a paint more suitable for painting plastic with. I honestly can't think of any from the top of my head, but just saying. <3

Phew... Of course that's pretty much up to what kind of nail polish and glue you're using... I'd wait or AT LEAST for 12 hours to be 100% sure it's dry.
