For the record, (in the US) Lowe's and Home Depot sell this stuff in the plumbing section bulk or in small rolls for less than $1/ft. We're making these tomorrow!

I got the tubing in a DIY store, but it's in France.. I don't know where you can find it in your country. I think you can find it, maybe in the swiming-pool department or else ..

The tube necklace open where the thiner tube plugs into the bigger tube (where the rexlaces are).
As you can see on the first diagram.
The tubes are not glued ;)
