Alice, I just use a little bit of warm water to seal the sushi.
I like to have a little bowl of warm water the whole time I'm making sushi... for sealing and dipping the knife in before I cut it.
This looks great, but there's only one problem for me...
I hate wasabi. Is there anything that I could use instead of wasabi to seal the sushi together?
