Goth/rivethead gifts?

A friend of mine is turning 23 in a month and I need gift ideas for him. He's into all the same bands I like... Skinny Puppy, Das Ich, Eisbrecher, etc, and he also likes video games. We play Guild Wars 2 together a lot and play all the same classes for the most part. We're leveling warriors, necromancers, and a guardian/elementalist together.

I am going to make a pair of spiked goggles for him but also want to give him something more.

I have only ever made gothy gifts for ladies so I'm unsure of what I could make for a guy.

Any ideas?
