Thumbnails

The thumbnails (small pictures of the project you posted) look different on different places and sometimes they don't even show what you want others to see..
This is really annoying when you look at the contests and when you visit someone's profile.

Isn't there a way to make our own thumbnails or be consistent in showing them?
I do like the way they are shown in the "All Projects"-tab. There you can see the whole picture.
