Gigs

What gigs are coming up that you're going to?

I'm, hopefully, going to go to Maria Taylor.

I saw the Manics in Southampton the other night and they were excellent. Happy, happy, joy, joy! [url:cc6c9]http://www.last.fm/user/Glinda/journal/2007/06/6/443914/[/url:cc6c9] for a shiny wee review! [img:cc6c9]http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1248/533073601_49a988cce2_m.jpg[/img:cc6c9]

I'm going to see Aereogramme's last ever headline date on Saturday <!-- sHappy --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/cats/disappointed.gif" alt="sad" title="sad" /><!-- sHappy -->
It's going to be tough...

yeah, it's at the QMU. It was bad enough seeing them support Biffy knowing they were spliting (I cried... <!-- s:oops: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/cats/embarassed.gif" alt="embarassed" title="embarassed" /><!-- s:oops: -->) so who knows what kind of state I'll be in...

Moff to see Muse at Saturday at Wembley... hope it's good - kinda being dragged there too. Plus the Streets are supporting - how lame is that?!!!111

It's good, because The Streets are good and Mike Skinner is a genius.
Still, I'd rather be going Biffy day.

Yeap! That is what makes it worse - Biffy are on the sunday! <!-- s:gloomy: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/cats/gloomy.gif" alt="gloomy" title="gloomy" /><!-- s:gloomy: --> <!-- s:gloomy: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/cats/gloomy.gif" alt="gloomy" title="gloomy" /><!-- s:gloomy: --> <!-- s:gloomy: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/cats/gloomy.gif" alt="gloomy" title="gloomy" /><!-- s:gloomy: -->

it'll still be a great gig, even if you don't like The Streets, Rodrigo y Gabriella are amazing and Muse always put on a great live show.

Yea i know, my mate saw Rodrigo y Gabriella and has nothing but great things to say about them. And I've seen Dirty Pretty Things at a Chili's gig last year and they weren't bad at all. Ho hum.

Dirty Pretty Things are pretty boring. They're absolutely not a patch on The Libertines. In fact, I'd describe them as being like The Libertines without the edge.
