I really like..

The Ring

The Grudge

House of wax- more funny than scary but the part when the guy could only move his eyes kinda gave me the chills

Hostel

The Saw movies

Want to see human centipede, kinda.. maybe not... lol! I don't think it's for sale here in Canada.

I love horror and gory movies, Dawn of the Dead both original and remake are awesome. The Final Destination Movies were always good for gore and I actually went to see the 3D one and it was kick ass!
The saw movies, Hostel 2, 28 days and 28 weeks later,
A not so gory but extremely scary Japanese film call Noroi is probably the scariest thing I have ever watched.

I know and the 3D final destination actually made me scream at one point, which rarely happens in movies. I Love Insidious although not gory it made me jump at one point so bad I started hyperventillating.

This is so strange I just finished watching Final Destination 1 & 2 tonight for a blast from the past! I love those movies and I haven't seen them in years... What are the odds that the night I watch them I see your post?

30 Days of Night was very gory! Vampires ripping into flesh all the way through.

The Collector - didn't see this one but my friend said she was screaming "Ew!" and "Ow!" the whole time because it wasn't scary but very gory and gross.

I love love love Zombieland. It was hillarious and gory at the same time. Awesome movie.

If you like gore you might want to check out Freddy Vs. Jason. There's a fight scene at the end that's very bloody.

That's all I can think of right now...

Oh! Actually any "Jason" movie is gory... Machetes are messy.

Come to think of it any of the classics have enough gore in them... they don't have the advanced gore that looks extremely real but they have a nice quality to them anyway. I love the "Halloween" movies. "Freddy" is pretty good as well but he scares the crap out of me. I've always told my friend that if I had to chose to face either Freddy or Jason and Michael Myers together I would choose Jason and Michael everytime.

Oh! Another good gore movie is "The Strangers" It's got some gore at the end but it's terrifying because of it's simplicity and possibility... I'll leave it at that.

Oh my, this post is long-winded. I never intended it to be a stream of consciousness entry. hahaha ;)
