Haha have you met Moon Owl? =P

Don't go dressed as a prep, they have an awful fashion sense and you wouldn't want to sink down to that level. People are pathetic and must always mock what they don't understand. But I expect you're better than that.

You could go way over the top prep. That would be funny or be a zombie prep, and wear a shirt that says Preps = Zombies.

I'm going as Christopher Walkin teehehee

My "costumes" tend to be something that has significance to me... I have certain items that I wear only during October, or on Halloween. Most people misinterpret them as me dressing up as a goth. I usually spend October reading about occult and pagan topics, and generally contemplating life, death, and whatever may be beyond them. I am not religious, but I do believe that the human mind is very powerful and that sometimes ritual is necessary to focus your energy and feel connected to the rest of the universe. I try to pay homage to my Celtic ancestors by making some sort of offering to them (a trinket, a bit of food, etc.)

I think it's crappy that people dress up as stereotypes for Halloween. I'd like to think that at least I have a reason for my costumes to be "dark" looking.

Lol, actually I did that one year, but everyone got it because I was WAY over the top. I have a prom AND homecomming queen crowns and the sashes, I had the SUPER SUPER high heels, and just everything stereotypiccaly "prep". Phone taped to my head [it was an old "lighter" phone, one of the gag lighters, but it was out of fluid] and juts everything. It was awesome

I kind if like making fun of stereotypes, just to get people to see how silly ALL of them are. Its fun. I'm not trying to be offensive, I just think they are funny, just as funny as seeing an over the top hippie, or an over the top metal-head. Those wouldn't offend me. I laugh at vegetarian jokes.

I think people take themselves to seriously. Happy just have fun with it!
