Shoes Help

I want to paint these cheap pleather platform boots I have, but they are really damaged at the seams. How can I fix it or make it look like they are meant to be like that? I want to paint fangs on the platform part at the front to turn them into monster shoes so they don't have to look new, just less tacky.

This is what the most damaged part looks like:

Hm... You may be able to hide the cracks with acrylic paint...
If you can find pleather fixers like the kind made for patching leather couches, those would probably work the best.

Sadly from experience, I haven't ever found anything that rejuvenates pleather to make cracked seams look better.

Maybe glue wide ribbon over it? That would definitely hide it.

The ribbon idea could maybe work - white or red ribbon along every seam. I think it would look cool combined with the fangs in the front. Thanks!

Cool boots!! Maybe sew this long zipper chain?? I think it'll look good! Ribbon's a nice idea too!
