I want to buy some beeswax, as I hear you can use it for lipbalms and candles.. but what else can you do with it?

When you're hand sewing, run the thread along some beeswax, and it keeps the thread from getting tangled into knots whilst sewing. Also, run the end of the thread over some beeswax to make it much easier to thread the needle.

Oh, that's a good idea! I'd forgotten, but my mom used to keep beeswax in her sewing kit for this reason. Happy

I have used bees wax in collage. It is very popular right now. I use a small craft iron to apply it. They also make encaustic colored waxes for painting. You can also melt and drip crayons to add color to collage.
