I'm Shannan, the human behind Bobbin and Fred.

Bobbin and Fred are my sewing pals and with their help and encouragement I'm embarking on a sewing adventure to learn more about hand stitch over on my blog, Sewing With Bobbin and Fred. I'll be having a go at all of the different techniques I'm inspired by and designing gorgeous needlepoint projects especially for you to have a sew at. You'll have a front seat to my stitch experiments, my design successes and failures as well as my creative inspirations and fab finds from all around the internet and beyond.

Bobbin and Fred won't be slacking either; they'll be sharing handy shortcuts and top tips on how to get a more professional finish.
