Lorna is the founder of Totally Nuts, a plant based, no-bake vegan cake and dessert company. Lorna has been passionate about food from a very young age. Since becoming vegan in 2016, she has discovered the wonders of plant based ingredients as alternatives in traditional baking that include animal derived products. Lorna has taken on the challenge to not only make plant based meals and treats look amazing but most importantly taste incredible.

This year has brought many surprises for Lorna. One of which being awarded the winner of “The Great Vegan Bake Off 2017” by PETA (People for the ethical treatment of Animals)

Lorna hopes to continue to create awareness about vegan cooking and celebrate all that plants have to offer. This has been a big step into the dream Lorna has always had of one day owning her own cafe.
