Thanks! I had a dress made out of a black trash bag years ago, but I think I deleted the pic

Anyway, I just took a giant trash bag, cut arm and head holes, and made a sort of shape with safety pins...

I also made a caution tape skirt by cutting long strips of tape and stapling together then connecting with a duct tape band at the top.
