Life is good..I'm happy, still learning new things every day! Being mom to 2 creative and bright daughters, living in an old church so life is always interesting. Working with people with developmental disabilities (best people walking the earth!).
Lived all over..settled in Michigan with husband Dave of 16 years and two lovely daughters. Active in the fiber arts including spinning, dyeing and weaving, also lots of knitting. Still painting, cooking, gardening and rehabbing our home. I just took up playing the mandolin.. tough on the fingers!
After bolting from NL attended the Culinary Instiute of America and worked as a pastry chef in Florida resorts and several places in Colorado. Not currently working as a cook/chef..kinda conflicts with raising a family..also hell on the feet and back! Still cook though!
Love rock and roll (always) and certainly don't feel "almost 50".. what is middle age anyway? It's just a stae of mind ( and the outward effects of gravity!)
