Painting for me is a type of flight, it is in a way a selfish act, it beautifies my world. It also allows me to have a common ground with my fellow human beings, it is conversation, it is my saving grace.

I left my job at Texas Instruments to become an artist.
It is the only way I can truly be happy and be everything that I can be. As a self taught painter, I continue to study art.
I am back in school to explore other possibilities, to embrace new challenges and to expand my understanding of the human condition. I like the idea of finding new ways of looking at the world by studying different disciplines.
