About

I am a chef at Grapes and Tomatoes in Canyon Lake. I live, drink, eat, breath and am culinary arts. I have a half sleeve tattoo and shoulder piece dedicated to culinary flowers, herbs and aromatics. I plan on making it a full sleeve in the near future. I am French trained and proud of it although I strive to be knowledgeable in all culinary cultures.
