Madam Salami was created many years ago when I was a child. I'm not sure exactly how she came about -except for having something to do with Salami! Nowadays she has very little to do with Salami, well except her name! She is an eccentric character, wrapped in swags of purple and silver cloth, giddy with excitement about what can be created next - or perhaps a little bit drunk! She likes pretty things and beautiful colours and nothing she makes is ever the same. Each item is inspired by art or nature or fairy tale. She loves mythical creatures and stories of magick. She wasn't around for a while, lost for many years, but was never quite forgotten, until one day she stepped out of my memory and started to create the most wonderful things.
