I started crafting rather early. There has always been something I liked doing. Wether it was making button necklaces, perler beads, later on window color and polymer clay jewelry .. BUT .. when I first visited the US as an Au Pair in 2008 I got to know scrapbooking, which lead me to the addiction of cardmaking, stamping, ... anything paper related! Visiting those huge craft stores made my heart sing as we do not have anything like this over here in Austria. Actually, craft stores are pretty rare, especially nice ones! So, in the past 11 years I treated myself to tons of crafting supplies .. most of them I got while visiting the US (a big spare suitcase always helps - who needs clothes anyways :D ) and I love using them all! Crafting sure does make me happy!

I remember the first scrapbooking layout I created as well as my first card. Looking back at it .. I'm just glad I learned so much over the years :D haha

Anywhere .. cute color combos are anywhere, wether it's in nature or a storefront window .. but of course I love Pinterest and Instagram

We were looking at a small house last year. My then boyfriend, now husband, said to me, if we buy this one, you'll get a craft room in our backyard. I was like "yeah yeah..." obviously not believing him as it costs a ton of money .. but, a year later, I'm sitting in my newly build craft room typing these lines :D I have kitchen drawers from Ikea, a turqouise wall and keep most of my supplies in drawers. My room is not fully organized yet, therefore there is only this one picture :)

I usually "listen" to my favourite TV shows or movies I already watched .. so I don't have to pay too much attention :)

Travelling! But other than that, paper crafting is what I love doing
