What are your hobbies?

My interests change seasonally. Right now it's all about gardening, photography, insects and food. I'm making cheese and my hubby is making me a tandoori oven to play with. I'm experimenting with gourmet sorbets flavored with flowers and tea. I'm just having fun and feeding everyone in the process.

What are your favorite crafts and what's your craft space like?

My heart belongs to paper, especially old paper. I've just started experimenting with mixed media and jewelry and can't stop playing. I just bought a blow torch.

What do you craft along to?

I'm usually watching a Jane Austen movie or listening to WFUV out of NYC.

What was the first project you ever made?

I think it was doll house furniture out of balsa wood. I was about eight. My mom was very creative so I was making cool stuff from the get go.

What are your favorite items to make?

A lot of my crafts projects come from a place of curiosity more than creativity. I am trying to figure out how to do something or make something. I love the challenge so there's no particular craft that's a favorite, I go where the puzzle takes me.

Which other craft blogs do you love to read?

Is there anything else you'd like to add?

Thanks for inviting me to be a superstar!
