When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?
I first started cooing when I moved to the US in 2000. I think the first thing I tried was Rajma (a sort of vegetarian chilli)
What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?
My kitchen is not big but I love it. I allow myself to get as messy as I can but afterwards it needs to get clean immediately!
What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?
Work hard and don't give up. Anyone and everyone can cook.
Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?
I would have my mom, John Mayer, Madhubala (indian actress from a century ago) and Obama over for dinner. I'd definitely make them Indian food.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
Well I am a graphic designer by profession so love still to do that.
Which cooking blogs do you love to read?
I love reading Clever Carrot, First Mess, Adventures in Cooking, Food Fashion Party
Is there anything else you'd like to add?
I am a work in progress. A late bloomer. But would have it no other way.
