@Luna, you can do the same thing to a "regular" cake mix, separate and toss food coloring in. Just make it according to the normal directions aside of the cake, except for splitting it up to dye it before you put it in the pan.

i made if for my own birthday when i found it on the internet and then i made it again for easter.
everyone was soooo amazed my the wonderfulness of it.
