@jessica l. thx for helping me out and explaining/ further testing my project ps @ felecity- it is a project, but it just needed some feedback and tweaks
You ladies could try popping out the lenses and stretching the lace around em and popping them back in with a little glue. Trimming the excess from the inside with cuticle scissors would get you a close cut. It may be a tight fit, so perhaps sanding down the edge of the lens a smidge? I'd try it out on some dollar tree or good will glasses first before attempting on your favorite frames... Good luck!
thanks all ppl for commenting:
@roos a. thanks im glad u like it!!!
@b.g that is a way better idea i think. i never thought of that!
@Eileen G. Thats a great idea! I also never thought of that!! try it and tell me how it works!!
@Rachel J. that would be so great! let me know if anything works out!
@Jet H. Thanks a bunches im so glad u like them!
@DarkAshHurts im sorry i didnt realize, sometimes i can be really really clueless!!
@Audrey-ola good for trying, And im sorry it didnt work. ( maybe rubber cementif it was stronger...? like you put it on the lace and stick it on...??? i really dont know...
@skelli yeah it prolly would srry im clueless... sigh
an easier way would probably get a pair of blk lensed sunglasses, put lace over the lens' and frames, then spray paint over the lace and remove. If you dont mind haveing the fabric on, of coarse
cut 1/4 inch more lace all the way around and glue to frames? modge podge around the edges? try the lace inside the clear lenses?
excited to try.. ill let you know if anything works
Good idea in theory, but the spray adhesive doesn't work. I tried with one that dries clear, and I couldn't see out the lenses. It was like looking through miles of fog.
I'll have to see if I can find somthing to glue the lace on without clouding the lenses.

Just have to make sure the lace is stretched tight before glueing onto frames...

Its probably not good to post things if u dont know if it will work or not, then people will be ruining their glasses. :/
Those Chanels r awesome tho. lol
