My mom used to make these all the time! I love them

I made ones shaped like stars for my kiddos and we destroyed them. Awesome cheap and simple. Love it.

I made some different variations:

sugar + grated orange peel
sugar + unsweetened cocoa powder
sugar + cappucino powder
sugar + vanilla essence

They were so easy to made and so yummie

i tried this with vegtable oil, and it worked awesome!!! they taste soooo good! i was afrid that they wouldnt work cuz when i set it in the oil if puffed up so it was a ball lol, but then when it cooled down i poked it with a fork and it deflaited. thanks for the how to!!!

dose it matter what kind of oil you use? could u use vegtable oil?

We use to make these as a kid and still do. Every time we eat Tex-mex!!!
