Thank you for the recipe. I love custard cream but where I live it's nearly a luxury treats. I tried them last week and brought them to work. It was a great success. I add some vanilla flavouring in the cream.

Why grams? Because I assumed it was more standard than ounces (in the UK) but anyone wanting ounces message me and I will send over some conversions for you as I work in both (but not together!!!)
