What do you think of this Jacket?

I need a new jacket for winter and I've been looking at this one but im not entirely sure if i should get it or not. I thought maybe if i could hear some other peoples opinions it might help me make up my mind.

Oh Happy just found out its being discontinued. they only have a size 16 in navy left.Thats definitely to0 big for me. that sucks. Oh well.
