Great for the thrifty crafter!
Total this project cost me about $7 (w/ tax) dollars for page protectors, the T-shirt, and the paint. I bought it all from the craft department at Walmart, since I'm kinda broke! So hopefully this helps you!

Am I being stupid or what? Do you paint the page protector or the image? After putting your image in the page protector do you paint the protector?
