Paper Doilies Clear Treat Plastic Bags 1 Scrapbook Paper Or Printed Paper

Instructions

1. 

   Cut a doily to your bag size. You may use strip of glue to hold in place.

2. 

   Cut your scrapbook paper in strips and position on top of the bag. Again, use some glue strips to hold in place.

3. 

   Cut out excess paper.

4. 

   Use a sewing machine to sew the top part of the bags.

5. 

   They are ready for your guests to take home !
