This headband doesn't have to be red, it would also look great in a multitude of pastel colours. Sorry for the not so detailed pictures of the final product. I made the dress too :)

Cut out some petal shapes from your fabric
Get some matching thread and thread a needle
Use small, straight stitches along the bottom of the petal and then pull to gather.
Sew on all the petals, 4-6 is ideal, and sew the last onto the first so that they form a circle.
Take two sets of petal rounds and sew them together, aligning the centres. For the big flowers at the centre of the headband use three rounds and for the smaller ones two will do.
Use flower wire to create the centre of the flower (twist it so that it doesn't come out of the hole on the other side).
Use the wire protruding from the back to attach the flower to a hairband or just attach all the flowers together using my other flower headband tutorial.
