Description

This is the first plushie I made without a pattern. It turned out... okay. Anyways, I wanted to take step by step pics but my friend had my memory card in her computor so I couldn't take pictures until she gave it back when I was done =( Oh well, I hope the pattern I drew and my brief instructions help! =D

Instructions

  1. Small dscf1343 1286829874

    Print this pattern.

  2. Backstich around the edge of the red circle. Do not tie off. Put some stuffing in it, then pull the thread to tighten it and make a ball type thing. Tie off.

  3. Sew the 4 inch by 1 1/2 inch strip ends together. Sew the small white circle to the bottom of it. Turn it the right way out. Fill with some stuffing. Then backstich around the end that doesn't have the circle sewn to it and pull tight (like you did for the red cirle). Tie off.

  4. Small mariomushroom 1286830437

Embroider eyes and a mouth on the white (stem of mushroom) with black embroidery floss.

  5. Small mario mushroom 1286830275

Take the five tiny white circles and stitch them around the red top part. One should be on top, and one on each of the four sides. Use image if you have trouble.

  6. Small dscf1365 1286830514

Sew the white stem below the red top of the mushroom. Your done! Ta da! You can make any color you want, I just made a red one.
