I was knitting some smaller totoros from patterns on ravelry and couldn't find a pattern for the larger main totoro that matched the smaller ones, or any I particularly liked. They all were either the wrong size or I didn't like the shaping used. So I decided to upsize and adapt an existing pattern so my plushie playset would have a consistent look. Pattern available on ravelry.
