Boring shoes.
Cover with funky fabric, I used a polka dot scarf but I'd recommend something a bit sturdier.
Glue pearl beads around the accents, toe and heel. Then glue some ribbon cord along end exposed edge to stop fraying (again, with a sturdier fabric you probably wouldn't need to do this, unless you wanted to)
Sew a bow, glue a bow! And you're done :)
