Ok, this is super easy. Get a lighter and melt the top of the army man's head. This will make it soft. You may need to melt it more than once.
Take a jewelry hook and stick it in the army man's head.
Hot glue around the hook to support it.
Take the desired amount of string and loop it through the hook.
DONE-NESS!!! Flaunt your patriot-ness.
